The service was top-notch, with staff addressing me by name the second day, and being both very friendly and professional throughout. However, heavy traffic made crossing the street a bit challenging.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Newport. The rooms had a great view of the beach and town, which was fantastic. However, they had a pretty 1970's feel with older tube TV's and lacked towel bars in the bathroom. Carrying golf clubs up the stairs due to no elevator was a downside.

The service, especially from Tony, was very accommodating to our late arrival and nice and welcoming, with a delightful selection of snacks and great coffee. The location was perfect for getting to the start of the cliff walk and the beach, just a 2-minute stroll away.
