I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Newport. The rooms had a great view of the beach and town, which was fantastic. However, they had a pretty 1970's feel with older tube TV's and lacked towel bars in the bathroom. Carrying golf clubs up the stairs due to no elevator was a downside.

The service, especially from Tony, was very accommodating to our late arrival and nice and welcoming, with a delightful selection of snacks and great coffee. The location was perfect for getting to the start of the cliff walk and the beach, just a 2-minute stroll away. Despite some minor dining limitations, the breakfast was more than adequate, offering a variety of options including fresh fruit. Overall, a great value for money in a prime location.
